We were engaged by Business Events Sydney to curate the experience for their 2024 annual Global Ambassador Dinner. Each year, eight prolific Australians with large international networks are inducted as Global Ambassadors — charged with the important task of bringing business to Sydney on a global scale.
This celebration of Australia's leading minds and business leaders recognised their achievements and contributions made to New South Wales and the country more broadly. The Ambassadors were inducted by the Premier of NSW, the Honourable Chris Minns MP.
This year's theme was ‘Change Starts Here’. We were encouraged to create an experience that inspired guests — prioritizing the pillars of Sustainability, First Nations, Diversity and Inclusion, Social Impact and Innovation.

Phoenix were engaged to manage the end-to-end on-ground experience as well as develop a specific event brand that was used throughout all digital, promotional and print assets.
We used this brand to bring the experience to life on an impressive 32m LED screen through animated visuals, a neon entrance archway for all guests to journey into the space, plus 8 large suspended screens from the ceiling and across the walls — creating a fully immersive experience.
