The Phoenix team were honoured to deliver their Afterpay Global Staff Conference, including travel, accommodation and guest relations management for over 1,000 employees travelling from the USA, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and Europe to Australia.





We were engaged to create a 2-day conference for Afterpay staff — bringing employees together globally in Melbourne for keynote sessions, workshops, breakout sessions and social events where they would feel inspired and motivated.
A 3-day content-packed conference, 1,000 staff from around the globe, 15 main-stage speakers, 6 spotlight sessions and one epic party. Phoenix gave Afterpay the opportunity to unite as a global team and launch to the next level together.
Phoenix delivered the project end-to-end: management and coordination of all staff travel and accommodation, content development of the main plenary day, an event brand and all the conceptual design. Glowing feedback from staff and stakeholders.
