Afterpay has transformed the way people pay by allowing shoppers to receive products immediately and pay in simple instalments over a short period of time. The Afterpay business, founded by Nick Molnar and Anthony Eisen, is growing at a rapid rate with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, San Francisco and millions of customers globally! The Phoenix team were honoured to deliver their Afterpay Global Staff Conference.
We were engaged to create a 2-day conference for Afterpay staff; bringing together Afterpay employees globally to Melbourne for a destination incentive experience including, conceptually designing an experience where their staff were left feeling empowered, connected, motivated and inspired. The experience consisted of; immersive activities, inclusive activities, empowering keynote sessions, workshops, breakout sessions.
Phoenix created LIFT OFF 2020. 2 content-packed conference days, 1000 staff from around the globe, 15 main stage speakers, 6 spotlight sessions and 1 EPIC party. We gave Afterpay the opportunity to unite as a global team and launch to the next level together.
Phoenix were responsible for all logistics and delivery of the event including conference conceptual event design, management, all staff travel and accommodation, guests relations, registration management, content development, styling and concept design, production and execution of social events, sub-contractor documentation, activations and entertainment, food & beverage management, on-site signage, bump in and bump out duties.
